Overview

Red Cap Plumbing and Air currently seeking a Dispatcher  to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Coordinators are responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Receive leads from multiple sources including field representatives, web leads, organic leads, etc. 
  • Outbound dialing to coordinate scheduling between comfort advisors and customers.
  • Monthly revenue tracking.
  • Running sales reports to track revenue and conversion rates
  • Identifying potential sales opportunites & coordinating turnovers with service technicians. 
  • Reviewing completed calls to ensure all documentation and proper procedures have been completed. 
  • Act as a liason between the comfort advisors and the install department.
  • Organize incoming leads through HD service center & perform outreach to home depot to communicate successful sales. 
  • Reporting directly to upper management
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Previous disatch experience preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient outbound phone skills
  • Proficient written and computer skills
