Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a Coordinator for Home Depot & Costco to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Reporting

    • Pull and compile daily lead reports by category and type

    • Update and track Costco leads in Centah through the full call life cycle

    • Verify all scheduled leads are booked correctly with lead numbers and source information

  • Customer Communication & Scheduling

    • Contact new leads via phone, text, and email

    • Handle inbound calls for estimates and partner leads (HD, Costco, Organic, LG)

    • Qualify clients over the phone and set expectations for appointments (PL, HVAC, Electrical, Service)

    • Redirect Spanish-speaking leads to bilingual representatives for scheduling and qualification

  • Team & Program Support

    • Assist technicians and coordinators with lead number information

    • Provide the program manager with updates on lead or store associate issues

    • Support team members with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, text)

  • Customer service experience; ability to qualify and set expectations with clients

  • Proficiency with lead management systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Centah, Wingen, or similar)

  • Ability to analyze and prepare reports from lead data

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to support technicians, coordinators, and program managers

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
