Red Cap is looking for a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses on installation work. You’ll primarily handle repipes and redrains, with additional installs including water heaters, water filtration systems, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.

• Perform residential repipes and redrains

• Install water heaters, water filtration systems, toilets, and piping systems

• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and company standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers as needed

• Complete jobs efficiently and accurately, with a focus on long-term reliability

• 2+ years of plumbing installation experience

• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, tools, and materials

• Ability to read and interpret plans or specifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently or as part of a crew

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
