We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Face-to-Face Lead Generator to represent our brand at Home Depot locations. This role is integral to driving interest in our air conditioning products and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with Home Depot customers in person to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products.
  • Lead Generation: Create and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and providing information about our services.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers, enhancing brand presence and customer interest.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate product benefits and services to potential customers, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead generation activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Face-to-Face Sales Experience: Proven ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends (Wednesday through Sunday) as required.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
  • Tools: Must have access to a smartphone for daily tasks and communication.
