Overview

Red Cap Plumbing, Air, and Electric is seeking a motivated and customer-focused a sales recovery specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions to generate sales, drive revenue, and support operational goals. With a focus on achieving performance metrics, such as revenue targets and conversion rates, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Compensation: $18/hour + Spiffs (Potential of 100k+ per year!)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up promptly on company-provided leads and customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored product and service solutions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue goals, conversion rates, and call counts (minimum 55 touches per day).
  • Document all follow-up actions and customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Assist technicians, plumbers, electricians, and comfort advisors by coordinating sales opportunities and securing job scheduling.
  • Ensure all required documentation, payments, and financing arrangements are completed for sold jobs.
  • Conduct happy calls to customers within 24 hours of their sales appointment.
  • Support operational teams as needed, including reporting daily call metrics and assisting with financing solutions.
  • Adhere to company sales guidelines and commission structures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
