Overview

Red Cap Plumbing, Air, and Electric is seeking a proactive and engaging Lead Generator to represent our brand at Home Depot. In this role, you will engage customers and promote our air conditioning solutions, scheduling appointments for in-home consultations and building strong relationships with Home Depot staff.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate customer conversations to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products.
  • Effectively schedule appointments for product consultations.
  • Develop strong relationships with Home Depot staff to support lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while working in-store.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual! - Spanish & English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High-energy and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand and engage with customers for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone for communication and scheduling.
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday.
