Role Overview
Located at our Tampa headquarters, this full-time role (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM) includes:

• Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations

• P&L analysis and financial reporting

• Invoice, payment, and PO review

• Inventory management and audit support

• Collections and financed customer review

• Process improvements and cross-department collaboration

• ERP systems: Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel and ERP system skills

• High attention to detail and integrity

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
