Overview

Red cap is currently seeking a Permit Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Permit Coordinator will act as the liaison between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

Responsibilities

 

  • Pull permits
  • Coordinate with the company, customer, and municipalities to ensure work is completed timely and within code
  • Schedule and verify inspections 
  • Process purchase orders
  • Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year Administrative experience; Permitting experience a plus
  • Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft office; Advance Excel skills a plus
